Notify the Guardhouse
When having parties or gatherings in your unit, please don’t forget to notify the Guards. Let the guards know how many guests you are expecting and their names.
Guest Parking Spaces
To be used only by guest or vendors, all vehicles parked in those spaces must be registered with guards, unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Turn your water off
When leaving town, please be sure and turn off the water in your unit at the primary water valve and also turn off your water heater.
Elevators
Unlock the elevator to your floor only if you are expecting a visitor and lock them after your visitors have left. Unlocked elevators are unsafe!

The BOD is happy to inform you that the wireless network has been completed. As part of your amenities, you can now surf the web anywhere on the 1st and 2nd floor common areas, including the pool deck. We hope you will enjoy this new service!
